Pricing
What it costs, and when
Two services, priced separately. You can take either or both, and you are never asked for the whole amount up front.
The two services
CGI account & DS-160
₹3,000
In full, before we begin.
We create the CGI Federal account and prepare and file your DS-160 with you. This service costs exactly what its advance is, so there is nothing further to pay for it later.
Visa slot booking
₹12,500
₹2,500 to begin, ₹10,000 once your slot is confirmed.
We track availability and book your interview. You are not asked for the balance until there is a confirmed slot to show for it.
Taking both is ₹15,500 — the two added together. There is no bundle discount, and we would rather say so than imply one.
What you pay to begin
The advance is what starts the work. It depends on which services you are taking, because it includes the slot advance only if we are booking your slot.
| What you need | Advance | Later |
|---|---|---|
| Everything — account, DS-160 and slot booking | ₹5,500 | ₹10,000 |
| Slot booking only — you already have an account and a submitted DS-160 | ₹2,500 | ₹10,000 |
| Account and DS-160 only | ₹3,000 | Nothing |
The ₹5,500 advance is ₹3,000 for the account and DS-160 work, plus ₹2,500 towards the slot booking.
What is refundable
The ₹2,500 slot advance is refundable if you ask for it back and no slot has been confirmed. It pays for an outcome; if that outcome has not been delivered, the money goes back.
The ₹3,000 account and DS-160 portion is not refundable once that work has been done. The account exists and the DS-160 is prepared whether or not a slot ever follows, and neither can be undone.
Government fees — the MRV fee and, where it applies, SEVIS — are paid by you directly to the relevant authority. They are not ours to refund.
The full terms are in our refund policy.
