Refunds

Fees paid to US Visa Platform are not refunded. The charge is for the service, not for a visa approval.

Full service is the CGI account, the DS-160 prepared with you, and monitoring for the appointment dates you asked for. You pay ₹3,000 for the CGI account and DS-160 preparation, and ₹2,500 to start that monitoring. If the slot is confirmed, you pay the remaining ₹10,000. Total ₹15,500 per applicant.

Slot booking only is monitoring for the appointment dates you asked for, when you already have a CGI account. You pay ₹2,500 to start that monitoring. If the slot is confirmed, you pay the remaining ₹10,000. Total ₹12,500 per applicant.

Those amounts stay with us because the work has been done: the account and form, or the monitoring. A refused visa, a date you do not like, or stopping midway is not a refund. The US government visa fee is paid by you to the government. That fee is not ours to return.
