Our refund terms are still being finalised. Here is what we can tell you today, and how to ask.
How to request a refund
Contact us at pawanmaguluri@usvisaplatform.com or +91 79959 57701, telling us which payment you are asking about. We will review your request and respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Government fees
Pending review — not yet in force
Some amounts in a visa application are paid to the U.S. government rather than to us. How those are treated in a refund has not been documented here yet, and we are not stating a position until it has been reviewed.

The following have not been decided and are not in force. Nothing on this site should be treated as a refund commitment until they are published:
- whether and when fees are refundable,
- any cancellation window,
- how much of a fee may be refunded, and in what circumstances,
- how long a refund takes and by what method it is returned.
Until this page states otherwise, any refund is handled case by case through the contact details above.
