The public request form collects your name, email, phone number, city, visa type, travel period, and any note you write. We use that to call you and to work on your appointment request. We do not create an applicant login.

If you take slot booking, a private link asks for your CGI username, password, and three security answers. Full service collects those with the employee assigned to you. They are not typed on the public form. Only the owner and the employee assigned to your case can open them. They are used to book the appointment. Change that password after the appointment is booked.

Payments are taken by Razorpay. Razorpay receives the payment details needed to charge the amount. We store the payment status, amount, and reference on your case. We do not store your card number.

Feedback asks for your name, visa category, an optional rating, and a message. Email and phone are not asked. A review is shown on the public page only after the owner approves it.
