What we do
Two services, priced separately. You can take either or both, and the fee is the same whether a visa is approved or refused, because it pays for the work rather than the outcome.
- CGI account and DS-160. We create your CGI Federal account, and prepare and file your DS-160 with you — field by field, before you sign and submit it yourself.
- Slot booking. We track availability at your chosen consulate and book your interview appointment as soon as a suitable date opens.
What each costs, when each part is due, and which parts are refundable are all set out on services & fees.
What we cannot do
This is the part worth reading before you pay anyone, us included.
- We cannot guarantee a visa. That decision belongs to the US consular authorities alone, and nobody outside them can influence it.
- We cannot guarantee a particular appointment date, or that slots will be available at all.
- We cannot predict government processing times, including administrative processing.
- We do not give immigration advice — on whether you qualify, which visa to apply for, or what to say at your interview.
Anyone promising you the first of those is not describing a service that exists.
How it works
An enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. From there the shape is the same for everyone:
- We talk through what you need and which of the two services applies.
- We collect the applicant details we need, securely — never over website chat.
- You pay the advance for the services you have chosen.
- We do the work: the CGI account and DS-160, and slot tracking and booking if you have taken it.
- For slot booking, the balance falls due only once your slot is confirmed.
You can follow all of it in the applicant portal: case status, what is outstanding, documents, and messages with us. Signing in sends a six-digit code to the email address on your case — there is no password to remember.
Applying as a family
Several people applying together are handled as one application, but each applicant keeps their own case, their own documents and their own fees — the fee is per applicant, not per family.
One person can act as the case contact and coordinate with us, whether or not they are applying themselves. A case contact sees progress, dates and what is outstanding, and only for applicants who have agreed to share that — never another applicant's documents or messages.
Talking to us
Every way to reach us, and what each is best for, is on the contact page. If you would rather start with a question than a form, Bharu — the assistant on this site — can answer general questions about the process and about how we work, and put you in touch with someone when it cannot.
Bharu is deliberately limited in the same way this page is: it will not give immigration advice, and it cannot see anyone's application.
US Visa Platform is an independent service and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the U.S. Department of State or any U.S. government agency. We cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any visa application.
