- What exactly do you do?
- Two services. Full service sets up your CGI account, prepares the DS-160 with you, and books the interview appointment. If you already have a CGI account, you can take slot booking on its own.
- What does it cost, and when do I pay?
- Full service is ₹15,500. You pay ₹3,000 for the CGI account and DS-160, and ₹2,500 to start monitoring for your dates. Slot booking on its own is ₹12,500. You pay ₹2,500 to start that monitoring. If the slot is confirmed, the remaining ₹10,000 is due on either service. Fees paid to us are not refunded. The charge is for that work.
- Is the government visa fee included?
- No. You pay the US government visa fee directly to them. A premium appointment fee, where a consulate charges one, is also separate.
- Can you guarantee a visa or a particular date?
- No. A consular officer decides the visa. The consulate decides which appointment dates exist. We make the application complete and consistent, and we book when a suitable date is open.
- Do you submit the DS-160 for me?
- You sign and submit your own DS-160. We do not submit it for you. For the appointment, slot booking asks for your CGI username, password, and three security questions on a private link sent only to you. For full service, the employee collects those with you. They are not entered on the public request form. Only the owner and the employee assigned to your case can open them. They are used to book the appointment, not for anything else. After the appointment is booked, change that password.
- How will I know what is happening?
- After you request a call, an employee contacts you. Updates after that are by phone or email. Ask us what has been verified and what is still open.
